Social partners sign General Collective Agreement

The General Collective Agreement was signed today in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare by the social partners – the Government of Montenegro, the Montenegrin Employers Federation, the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro and the Confederation of Trade Unions of Montenegro.

This document is the result of social dialogue and agreed positions of representative associations of employers and trade unions. Negotiation on the text on new General Collective Agreement started at the end of May 2020. By harmonizing the General Collective Agreement and signing it, the social dialogue passed a major test at the tripartite level.
