The issue of the active participation of young people in trade unions is an issue of essential importance for the entire trade union movement because without the active participation of young people, the sustainability and future of the trade union movement will be called into question. Without the active participation of young people, we cannot talk about the modernization of the trade union movement, its attractiveness, and the possibility of monitoring the changes in the labor market.
By taking an active role through a trade union, young people can influence the creation of policies and initiate issues that are important for young people with the aim of creating an environment in which young workers in Montenegro will be guaranteed decent work, decent wages and an environment in which young people would like to stay, not leave, Montenegro in search of better and fairer working conditions.
