Termination of the General Collective Agreement!

Considering that the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović on Saturday did not sign several laws adopted at the session of the Parliament on January 29, including the Law on Amendments to the Labor Law which would extend the validity of the General Collective Agreement until the end of the year, but returned the laws to the Parliament for re-decision, the General Collective Agreement will cease to be valid on January 7 this year, which will deprive workers of all labor rights guaranteed by the GCA.
