Initiative to amend the Labor Law and extend the validity of the General Collective Agreement

Given the extraordinary circumstances that affected the whole world and Montenegro as well, and the impossibility for the Working Group that worked on the drafting of the new General Collective Agreement to complete their work, the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro, together with the Confederation of Trade Unions of Montenegro, sent the Initiative to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, as well as to the parliamentary caucus, requesting the amendment of Article 216 para. 1 and 3 of the Labor Law in order to extend the validity of the General Collective Agreement until 31 Dec 2021.
