The SERP Project is a European initiative aimed at strengthening the capacity of workers’ organisations in the healthcare sector. Its goal is to provide employee representatives with tools, information, and training to better respond to workplace challenges and changes. The project brings together partners from several countries, including the Trade Union of Health of Montenegro, and promotes socially responsible restructuring through collaboration, education, and the exchange of experiences.
