{"id":3290,"date":"2017-11-02T11:35:27","date_gmt":"2017-11-02T10:35:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/usscg.me\/?p=3290"},"modified":"2017-11-04T12:15:33","modified_gmt":"2017-11-04T11:15:33","slug":"union-of-free-trade-unions-held-its-iii-regular-congress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/usscg.me\/en\/2017\/11\/02\/union-of-free-trade-unions-held-its-iii-regular-congress\/","title":{"rendered":"Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro held its III regular Congress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"1.novembra 2017.g., odr\u017ean je III redovni Kongres Unije slobodnih sindikata Crne Gore, pod sloganom: Slo\u017eno!\">On November 1, 2017, the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro held the III regular Congress, under the slogan: Together! <\/span><span title=\"Hrabro!\">Courageously! <\/span><span title=\"Solidarno! \">In solidarity!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"U radu Kongresa u\u010destvovalo je 295 delegata i delegatkinja iz 10 granskih, 3 strukovna sindikata i oko 20 sindikalnih organizacija. \">The Congress was attended by 295 delegates from 10 branch unions, 3 craft trade unions and about 20 trade union organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Delegati III Kongresa usvojili su novi Statut USSCG, Program rada za naredni mandatni period, revidiranu rezoluciju o nu\u017enosti izmjene Zakona o penzijskom i invalidskom osiguranju, kao i revidiranu rezoluciju o po\u0161tovanju prava zaposlenih na 40-satnu radnu sedmicu i prava na odmor nedjeljom i praznikom.\">Congress delegates adopted the new UFTUM Statute, the Work Program for the next mandate period, the revised resolution on the necessity of amending the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, as well as the revised resolution on respecting the rights of employees to a 40-hour week and the right to day off on Sundays and holidays. <\/span><span title=\"Jednoglasno su usvojeni izvje\u0161taji o radu Glavnog, Statutarnog i Nadzornog odbora za prethodni mandatni period.\">Reports on the work of the Main, Statutory and Steering Committees for the previous mandate period were adopted unanimously. <\/span><span title=\"Na Kongresu su izbrani \u010dlanovi Statutarnog i Nadzornog odbora USSCG. \">The Congress also elected the members of the UFTUM Statutory and Steering Committees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"U postupku kandidovanja za funkciju generalnog sekretara USSCG, koji je prethodio odr\u017eavanju III Kongresa, predlo\u017eena su dva kandidata, i to: Nenad \u010cobelji\u0107 i Sr\u0111a Kekovi\u0107.\">In the process of candidacy for Secretary General of the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro, which preceded the Third Congress, two candidates were proposed, namely: Nenad \u010cobelji\u0107 and Sr\u0111a Kekovi\u0107. <\/span><span title=\"Od 270 delegata koji su pristupili tajnom glasanju za funkciju generalnog sekretara, 229 delegata je glasalo za kandidata Sr\u0111u Kekovi\u0107a, dok je 41 delegat glasao za kandidata Nenada \u010cobelji\u0107a.\">Out of the 270 delegates who voted in the secret ballot for Secretary General, 229 delegates voted for Sr\u0111a Kekovi\u0107, while 41 delegates voted for Nenad \u010cobelji\u0107. <\/span><span title=\"Ovim je, za generalnog sekretara USSCG, za mandatni period 2017 -2020, izabran Sr\u0111a Kekovi\u0107. \">Therefore, Srdja Kekovic was elected as Secretary General of the UFTUM for the term from 2017 to 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"gt-res-content\">\n<div id=\"gt-res-dir-ctr\" class=\"trans-verified-button-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">The Congress was attended by the Deputy Secretary General of the European Confederation of Trade Unions, Peter Scherrer, representative of the International Trade Union Confederation, Enisa Salimovi\u0107, as well as guests from the Regional Trade Union Council &#8220;Solidarity&#8221; &#8211; presidents and representatives of national trade unions from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina,<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">Republic of Serbia, Macedonia, <\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">guests from France, Albania, Turkey, Kosovo, representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, social partners, representatives of political parties, NGOs, etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On November 1, 2017, the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro held the III regular Congress, under the slogan: Together!
